About Trokazo
Trokazo is a marketplace where players buy and sell game accounts, items, in-game currency and boosting services from each other. We hold every payment until the buyer confirms delivery.
What Trokazo is
Trokazo connects players who have something to sell with players who want it. Sellers list offers for the games they play: game accounts, in-game items, game currency and boosting such as rank, level or raid help. Buyers browse by game, compare offers and pay through Trokazo.
Most offers belong to independent sellers who list on Trokazo and set the price, the stock and the delivery time shown on the offer page. Some offers are sourced from partner sellers on other marketplaces, and Trokazo orders them on your behalf after you pay. Our part is everything around the trade: listings, checkout, the order chat, holding the payment, disputes and seller verification.
How a payment moves
When you buy, you pay Trokazo, not the seller. The seller sees the order and the details they need to deliver, such as your character name, but never your payment details.
- You place the order and pay Trokazo.
- The seller delivers in-game within the delivery time on the offer and marks the order as delivered.
- You check your game and confirm delivery on the order page.
- Only then is the seller paid, minus the 8% seller fee.
If something goes wrong before you confirm, you open a dispute from the order page and the payment stays on hold until our team reviews it. The refund policy explains when you get your money back.
Offers delivered by partner sellers
When you buy a partner offer, you pay Trokazo as usual. Once your payment goes through, Trokazo places the same order with the partner seller on your behalf, and the partner seller delivers. Delivery timing depends on the partner seller.
Your messages in the order chat are passed to the partner seller, and their replies appear in the same chat. Messages with links, contact details or payment requests are blocked and not passed on. Never share passwords for other services in the chat. The partner seller gets only the details needed for delivery, such as your character name, and the relayed messages. Your email address and payment details are never shared with them.
Protection stays the same: open a dispute before you confirm delivery if something is wrong, purchased accounts keep the 14-day account-recovery cover, and refunds are handled by Trokazo.
Sellers on Trokazo are verified
Nobody can publish an offer on Trokazo before verifying their identity. Partner offers are listed by our team, not by the partner seller. Sellers must be at least 18 and submit their details, a photo of a passport, ID card or driving licence, and a selfie holding the same document. Our team reviews each application before the seller can list anything.
Verification is also required before a seller can withdraw money. Accounts that break the rules, show signs of fraud or collect repeated valid disputes can be suspended, and offers from suspended sellers disappear from the marketplace.
What buyer protection covers
Every order includes buyer protection for a 5% buyer fee (minimum $0.49), shown before you pay. You get a full refund, including that fee, if:
- The seller does not deliver within the stated delivery time.
- What you receive does not match the offer, such as a lower amount or a different item.
- A purchased account is recovered by its original owner within 14 days of delivery.
What is not allowed
The marketplace is for game goods obtained fairly. Stolen or hacked accounts and items, goods bought with stolen payment methods or chargebacks, cheats, bots, exploits, real-world goods and gift cards are all prohibited. The full list is in the terms of service.
Buying and selling game goods can break a game publisher's own rules, so check the rules of the games you trade in.
Your data
Trokazo stores what the marketplace needs to work: your account, orders, offers, messages and balance. Your data is not sold or shared with advertisers, and there is no analytics, advertising or tracking. For partner offers, only delivery details and relayed chat messages go to the partner seller. The privacy policy lists what is stored and how to remove it.
