Each offer describes what the account has, such as its rank, level, region, skins or items, and what access you get, for example whether the linked email is included.
The seller hands over access to the account within the delivery time shown on the offer. Sellers must verify their identity before they can sell, and they may only list accounts they hold the full recovery details for.
As soon as you can sign in, change the password, the recovery email and any security questions, then confirm delivery once you have full control. Your payment stays with Trokazo until you confirm, and the seller is paid only after that. If the account does not match the offer, open a dispute from your order page before you confirm. If the original owner recovers a purchased account within 14 days of delivery, you get a full refund, including the buyer fee. Buying an account may break a game publisher's own terms, so check the rules of your game first.
