After purchase:
Check whether an email is registered. If none is, register your own email right away so you can recover the account if it gets locked. Accounts are created worldwide, so a big change in IP or region may trigger a lock.
If an email is already registered and your password does not match the email details, log in on the official OSRS website, open Account Settings, go to Authenticator, choose Not right now, and enable the old version Authenticator.
Warranty: locked, banned or invalid accounts are replaced within 12 hours of purchase. After payment, message us in the Trokazo order chat if you have any issue, and please contact us before leaving feedback.
