Important notes:
Promo codes cannot be used on this account. This is an official game setting for studio accounts, not an account issue.
The email address is not yet registered. You can log in and change the password without any issue.
Registering an email requires a phone number, and we cannot do the registration for you. Please make sure you can register an email before you buy.
If you do not receive the verification code or mail, you probably verified before registering the email. In that case, just change the password. The account is still fine. No refund is given for this issue.
To change the bound email:
Step 1: Register the email address provided to you (Gmail or Hotmail/Outlook).
Step 2: Verify that email address on the game's official website.
Step 3: After verification, change the email address.
If you skip step 1 and try to change the email directly, you will not receive the verification code, even if you register the email later.
After payment, message us in the Trokazo order chat.
