Buyer help and protection
Trokazo is a marketplace where players buy and sell game accounts, items, currency and boosting. Trokazo holds your payment until you confirm the order arrived, so you never pay a seller directly.
How buying works
Every order follows the same three steps, whatever you buy.
- You pay Trokazo, not the seller. The seller sees your order but never your payment details.
- The seller delivers in-game within the delivery time shown on the offer. A countdown on your order page shows how long they have left.
- You check what you received and confirm delivery on the order page. Only then is the seller paid.
At checkout, enter the exact character name, server and any other details the seller needs. Delays caused by wrong details are not the seller's fault, so check them twice.
Buyer protection and the payment hold
Every order includes buyer protection. The buyer fee of 5% of the order subtotal (minimum $0.49) pays for it along with payment processing, and it is shown before you pay.
While an order is open, your money stays with Trokazo. You get a full refund, including the buyer fee, if:
- The seller does not deliver within the stated delivery time.
- What you receive does not match the offer, such as a lower amount or a different item.
- A purchased account is recovered by its original owner within 14 days of delivery.
Protection covers orders that are paid and discussed on Trokazo. Keep every message and payment for an order on the site: deals moved to another app or payment method lose buyer protection.
Receiving your order
Accounts
Once the seller delivers an account, sign in right away and change the password, the recovery email and any security questions. Confirm delivery only when you have full control. Sellers may only list accounts they hold the full recovery details for. Browse game accounts for sale.
Items
Gear, skins and materials are traded in-game. Be online during the delivery window, accept the seller's trade, then check your inventory before you confirm. Browse game items for sale.
Currency
Gold, coins and credits are usually delivered face to face or by in-game mail. Enter the exact character name at checkout, stay online during the delivery window and count what arrived against the offer before you confirm.
Boosting
Boosting covers rank, level and raid help from other players. Agree the details with the seller in the order chat and confirm only when the service described in the offer is done.
Confirming delivery
Confirming delivery tells Trokazo the order arrived as described. It pays the seller right away and cannot be undone, and you cannot open a dispute afterwards.
Check the amount, the item or the account yourself first. A seller must never ask you to confirm before you have received the order. If one does, do not confirm.
Disputes and refunds
If something is wrong, open a dispute from your order page before you confirm delivery. Pick the reason (late delivery, nothing received, only part of the order, not as described, or an account taken back) and describe the problem in at least 20 characters.
The payment stays on hold while our team reviews the dispute, using the order chat and delivery proof, so keep the conversation on Trokazo. A refunded order returns the full amount, including the buyer fee.
Read the refund policy for every case that is covered.
Fees
- Buyers pay 5% of the order subtotal, minimum $0.49. It covers buyer protection and payment processing.
- Sellers pay 8% of the order value, deducted from the payout when the order completes. Listing an offer is free.
Fees are shown before you pay. The terms of service set out the full rules.
How to avoid scams
- Keep chat and payment on Trokazo. Paying another way or moving to another app gives up buyer protection.
- Never confirm delivery for something you have not received and checked.
- Look for the Verified seller badge. It means a Trokazo admin approved the seller's identity check.
- Never share your Trokazo password or payment details in chat. A seller only needs details such as your character name to deliver.
The Trokazo blog has guides for trading safely in specific games.
Selling on Trokazo
Before you can list an offer, verify your identity with a photo of your passport, ID card or driving licence and a selfie holding it. A Trokazo admin reviews it, and approved sellers get the Verified seller badge.
Listing is free and the 8% seller fee comes out of the payout when the order completes. Sellers are paid only after the buyer confirms delivery. Read how selling works for the full process.
For a problem with an order, open it from your order history and message the seller or open a dispute there. For anything else, use the contact page.
Frequently asked questions
When does the seller get paid?
Only after you confirm delivery on your order page. Until then the payment stays with Trokazo.
What if the seller never delivers?
When the delivery time passes, message the seller from the order page. If they do not answer, open a dispute. You get the full amount back, including the buyer fee.
Can I open a dispute after confirming delivery?
No. Confirming completes the order and pays the seller, so open any dispute before you confirm.
What happens to my money during a dispute?
It stays on hold until our team has reviewed the order chat and the delivery proof.
How much is the buyer fee?
5% of the order subtotal, minimum $0.49. It is shown before you pay and refunded if the order is refunded.
What does selling cost?
Listing is free. An 8% seller fee is deducted from the payout when an order completes.
What does the Verified seller badge mean?
A Trokazo admin approved that seller's identity check. Sellers must pass it before they can list offers.
Is trading game accounts and items allowed?
On Trokazo, yes, within the terms of service. Some game publishers forbid it in their own terms, so check the rules of the games you trade in.
What is an offer delivered by a partner seller?
Some offers are sourced from partner sellers on other marketplaces. You pay Trokazo, Trokazo orders the same offer on your behalf, and the partner seller delivers. Your order chat messages are passed to them, and the same buyer protection applies: open a dispute before you confirm.
