How selling works on Trokazo
Selling on Trokazo takes three things: a verified identity, an offer, and a delivery the buyer confirms. Listing is free, and an 8% seller fee comes off each completed sale.
The short version
- Verify your identity once on the verification page.
- Create an offer in the seller panel.
- Deliver in-game when an order arrives, then mark it as delivered.
- Get paid when the buyer confirms, minus the 8% seller fee.
- Withdraw from your balance once the 72-hour hold has passed.
1. Verify your identity
Every seller verifies once before publishing an offer, and you must be at least 18. The verification form has three steps:
- Your details, exactly as they appear on your identity document.
- One identity document: a passport, ID card or driving licence, with a clear photo showing all four corners.
- A selfie holding the same document, then a final check of your details before you submit.
Our team reviews each application. While it is in review you can withdraw it from the same page. If it is rejected, you see the reason and can apply again.
2. Create an offer
Open Create an offer, choose the game and the offer type (currency, accounts, items or boosting), then fill in:
- A clear title and an honest description, including the server and region where they matter.
- The price and its unit, how much stock you have, and a minimum order if you need one.
- The delivery time you can keep. Buyers see it on the offer, and the order page counts it down.
- Pictures for item and account offers: a cover plus up to 5 more.
The preview shows what buyers will see and your payout after the fee. You can have up to 200 active offers, and pause, edit or delete them under your offers.
3. Deliver the order
When someone buys, the order appears under sales. The order page shows the character name and other details you need to deliver. You never see the buyer's payment details, and their email is masked.
Deliver in-game within the delivery time on your offer, tell the buyer in the order chat, then mark the order as delivered. The buyer checks their game and confirms delivery.
Keep the conversation and the payment on Trokazo, and never ask a buyer to confirm before they have received the order.
If the buyer opens a dispute
A buyer can open a dispute before confirming, for example when delivery is late, incomplete or not as described. The order changes to Disputed and the payment stays on hold while our team reviews the order and the chat. The team either refunds the buyer or releases the payment to you, so do the talking in the order chat where it can be reviewed. Repeated valid disputes can lead to suspension. The refund policy lists what buyers are covered for.
4. Fees
- Listing an offer is free.
- Sellers pay 8% of the order value, deducted from the payout when the order completes.
- Buyers pay a separate 5% buyer protection fee (minimum $0.49). It does not come out of your payout.
For example, a $20.00 sale pays you $18.40.
5. Payouts and withdrawals
When the buyer confirms, the sale is credited to your Trokazo balance. You can spend it on purchases right away and withdraw it after 72 hours.
- Request a withdrawal on the balance page with your PayPal email or wallet address.
- The minimum withdrawal is shown on the balance page.
- You can have up to 3 open withdrawal requests at a time.
- Our team reviews each request before the money is sent, and you get a notification when it is sent or rejected. A rejected request goes back to your balance.
Withdrawals need a verified identity. Top-ups and withdrawals are paused while an account is under review.
What you can sell
Only list what you own or have the right to provide. Stolen or hacked accounts, goods bought with stolen payment methods, cheats, bots, exploits, accounts without full recovery details and real-world goods are prohibited.
