The rules for buying and selling on Trokazo, what buyer protection covers, and what each side pays.

About these terms
These terms explain how Trokazo works for buyers and sellers of in-game currency, accounts, items and boosting services. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.
Your account
You need an account to sell, message sellers or save offers. When you create one you agree to:
- Be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.
- Give a real email address you can access, and keep your password private.
- Hold one personal account. Shared, sold or automated Trokazo accounts are not allowed.
- Keep every conversation and payment for an order on Trokazo. Deals moved elsewhere lose buyer protection.
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, shows signs of fraud, or receives repeated valid disputes. You can delete your account at any time from account settings.
Buying
When you place an order you pay Trokazo, not the seller. The seller delivers in-game within the delivery time shown on the offer. You then confirm delivery on your order page, and only then is the seller paid.
Give the exact character name, server and any other details the seller needs at checkout. Delays caused by wrong details are not the seller's fault.
Offers delivered by partner sellers
Some offers on Trokazo are sourced from partner sellers on other marketplaces. When you buy one, you pay Trokazo as usual. After your payment goes through, Trokazo places the same order with the partner seller on your behalf, and the partner seller delivers.
- Delivery timing depends on the partner seller.
- Buyer protection applies in full: open a dispute from your order page before you confirm delivery, and purchased accounts are covered if the original owner recovers them within 14 days of delivery.
- Refunds and disputes are handled by Trokazo, under the same rules as any other order.
Order chat for partner offers
For partner offers, your messages in the order chat are passed to the partner seller, and their replies appear in the same chat. To keep the trade safe:
- Messages with links, email addresses, phone numbers or other contact details, or with payment requests, are blocked and not passed on. The chat shows you when a message was blocked.
- Never share passwords for other services, such as your email account, in the chat.
- Keep the conversation and the payment on Trokazo. Deals moved elsewhere lose buyer protection.
Buyer protection
Every order is covered. You get a full refund, including the buyer fee, if:
- The seller does not deliver within the stated delivery time.
- What you receive does not match the offer, such as a lower amount or a different item.
- A purchased account is recovered by its original owner within 14 days of delivery.
Open a dispute from your order page before you confirm delivery. Once you confirm, the order is final and the seller is paid. Read more in how buying works.
Selling
Listing an offer is free. As a seller you agree to:
- Own what you list, or have the right to provide the service.
- Describe offers accurately, including server, region and delivery time.
- Deliver within the time you promised and keep stock levels up to date.
- Never ask a buyer to confirm delivery before they have received the order.
Prohibited items and conduct
The following are not allowed on Trokazo:
- Currency, items or accounts obtained through hacking, stolen payment methods or chargebacks.
- Cheats, bots, exploits, modified clients or anything that gives an unfair advantage beyond the item itself.
- Accounts you do not have the full recovery details for.
- Real-world goods, gift cards, personal data or any illegal content.
- Harassment, threats, scams or attempts to take payment outside the platform.
Buying and selling game goods may break a game publisher's own terms. You are responsible for checking the rules of the games you trade in.
Fees
- Buyers
- 5% of the order subtotal, minimum $0.49. This covers buyer protection and payment processing.
- Sellers
- 8% of the order value, deducted from the payout when the order completes. Listing is free.
Fees are shown before you pay. If an order is refunded, the buyer fee is refunded too.
Liability
Trokazo is a marketplace that holds payments. Most offers are sold by independent sellers; for offers sourced from partner sellers on other marketplaces, Trokazo places the order on your behalf. Game publishers may change, reset or remove in-game items at any time. Beyond buyer protection, we are not responsible for actions a game publisher takes against an account or its contents.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email or with a notification before it takes effect.
